visitng school and TTC

On 28th of october we twelve people visited sekolah kabangsa binjal,jitra,kedah. it was our first visit on a malaysian school. our honourable teacher Dr Jilni with us . really itwas a surprise for us having in a primary school modern faclity with two computerlab.

After that we have visited SMK tun husen onn govt. secondary school in pinang mainland. It was also an experienced tour for us we visited a wide range school and all class room also. during our visit we found many new concept of education specially for students monitoring thre are 16 cctv camera in whole campus.
Then we visited penang teachers training college whre we gathered many experience about malaysian teacher education system as well as we found there modern teaching aids with having lot of facilities of teaching learning approach and the five computer lab with five server.It is actully a great experience for Bangladeshi students that we all were surprised.

finally we greatful to UUM authority to arrange this type of study tour we greatful to all our teachers.

My family

I have two child first one is son name Tasneem Hassan and second one daughter name Tahsina jesmin and my wife is a teacher of Government science college, Tejgaon, Dhaka.
we are nine child of our parents five brother and four sister. I am the second child of my family.

This is Bangladesh Parliament house which is the one of the best architectural symbol all over the world. It is in the capital dhaka city.The whole building captured by lake and green field. It is also a costly building in bangladesh because it is centrally air conditioned system made. Many people visit along with local and foreign in every day. I have around four years working experience in this building.

Actually it is very nice to look at night when it is lighted .Really it is not between water but surrounding the water as well as if you go through inside of the building you can see you as on the water. And there are many big fish in this water of lake'

This is the map of Bangladesh. It is located in most of the border with India and some parts with Myanmer and another big part with the Bay of Bengal. It has divided into six division and 64 District under 6 division and this 64 district has 600 upazila and around70,000 village with 15,000,0000 people in Bangladesh.

This is common scenerio of Bangladesh schools, besides that in Banglades 18,500 secondary level schools are serving their education to the nation. All school has 2.00.000 teachers are there. For recruiting in secondary school minimum B.A degree with bachalor of education and another teacher for physical education is also been recruited in Bangladesh.

























Mymthinking is for quality education in Bangladesh. specially to ensure quality education for secondary education in our country.
Because I have gathered a lot experience through working here as well as it is a negligable area though it is called foundation of education.
but secondary school both govt. and non govt. teachers are very much poor in knowledge for example most of non govt teachers have no minimum quality for teaching and those who did not get any other job they are mostly recruited here even having no teaching certificate or diploma
But now a days call secondary is the foundation of education.
If foundation is be weak the production must be weak. so as earlier TQI_SEP is working for quality education in bangladesh for secondary level teacher through training local and foreign.
as I worked that project for three years I have gathered so many research and experience.

First post publication

This is my first post published document that I would like to introduce in my blog. I am vry much glad to introduce all my teaching ang learning experience throguh teaching quality improvement in secondary education project in bangladesh.With the support of 14 govt teachers training college, 5 higher secondary teachers training institute,Bangladesh madrasha teachers training institute and National training academy for educational management in bangladesh.

TQI_SEP trained already 200,000 secondary school teacher,18500 head teacher, 1200 educational administrator in secondary level and 500 Teacher educators have trined overseas training from different country as well as differnt ministry people for the development of secondary education.
