my thinking for quality education

This is common scenerio of Bangladesh schools, besides that in Banglades 18,500 secondary level schools are serving their education to the nation. All school has 2.00.000 teachers are there. For recruiting in secondary school minimum B.A degree with bachalor of education and another teacher for physical education is also been recruited in Bangladesh.

























Mymthinking is for quality education in Bangladesh. specially to ensure quality education for secondary education in our country.
Because I have gathered a lot experience through working here as well as it is a negligable area though it is called foundation of education.
but secondary school both govt. and non govt. teachers are very much poor in knowledge for example most of non govt teachers have no minimum quality for teaching and those who did not get any other job they are mostly recruited here even having no teaching certificate or diploma
But now a days call secondary is the foundation of education.
If foundation is be weak the production must be weak. so as earlier TQI_SEP is working for quality education in bangladesh for secondary level teacher through training local and foreign.
as I worked that project for three years I have gathered so many research and experience.

First post publication

This is my first post published document that I would like to introduce in my blog. I am vry much glad to introduce all my teaching ang learning experience throguh teaching quality improvement in secondary education project in bangladesh.With the support of 14 govt teachers training college, 5 higher secondary teachers training institute,Bangladesh madrasha teachers training institute and National training academy for educational management in bangladesh.

TQI_SEP trained already 200,000 secondary school teacher,18500 head teacher, 1200 educational administrator in secondary level and 500 Teacher educators have trined overseas training from different country as well as differnt ministry people for the development of secondary education.
